Are you ready to talk about guns and gun safety, but you don’t know where to start? This class is ideal for you! This course is intended as an introductory to the concepts of firearm safety and is perfect for beginners and individuals who are ready to take the first steps toward firearm familiarity and safety before shooting live rounds.
This Online Gun Safety Course has the same informative content that the in-person course offers but is completed entirely online. The online units will include sections on firearms and safety, different types of firearms and their basic mechanics, what a child should do if they find a gun without an adult present, the four, universal, firearm safety rules, and proper firearm handling techniques. We will also cover range etiquette for shooting at local gun ranges and gun clubs.
Students of any age may take the Online Gun Safety Course. Afterwards, you can enhance your skills and boost your confidence even further with one of our more advanced classes.
Please note: This is not an NRA approved course, but was written and is administered by an NRA certified instructor. It is designed and developed by experts in the field to help you learn.
We include one personalized course completion certificate per sign up upon request. Additional certificates require each individual to register.
